### WP1-001A — Domain Foundation

- Initial reconciliation domain objects and invariants.
- CLI domain foundation test.

### WP1-001B — Application Boundary

- Application command, outcome and candidate discovery gateway.
- Legacy candidate discovery adapter.
- CLI application boundary test.

### WP1-002 — Application Flow Package

- Added transport-neutral OpenRefine request and response mappers.
- Routed POST reconciliation through `ReconciliationApplicationService`.
- Removed direct controller dependency on `ReconciliationOrchestrator` and legacy candidate objects.
- Moved tenant-specific legacy adapter construction into the composition root.
- Preserved OpenRefine query ids, empty results for incomplete queries, response fields and the 0–100 score scale.
- Carried OpenRefine context properties through `ReconciliationCommand` into the legacy query adapter.
- Added an application-flow CLI test.
- Provider, vocabulary, tenant and legacy orchestration behavior remain unchanged.
