# CTX-001B – Qualifier ContextItem

**Status:** Implementation candidate  
**Basis:** VOC001 Context Types v0.4

## Scope

Expose the new context type

`https://reconcilix.vocnet.org/context/0011` — `Qualifier`

through OpenRefine Property Suggest and verify that it is transported unchanged as a normal `ContextItem` through the existing Reconcilix request/application pipeline.

## Implementation

`PropertySuggestService` receives one additional property:

- `https://reconcilix.vocnet.org/context/0011` — `Qualifier`

No change is required in `OpenRefineRequestMapper`, `ReconciliationCommand`, `ContextItem`, `ReconciliationApplicationService`, `ContextItemMapper`, or the persistence schema. These components already handle arbitrary non-empty Context Type URIs generically.

## Explicitly out of scope

CTX-001B does **not** make Candidate Discovery qualifier-aware. In particular, it does not yet change:

- xTree API query construction,
- LocalStore matching,
- Qdrant requests,
- Candidate ranking or scoring.

That belongs to CTX-001C.

## Test

`tests/OpenRefine/QualifierContextItemTest.php` verifies:

1. Property Suggest exposes `0011`.
2. OpenRefine request mapping preserves the `pid` and `v` values.
3. The application service creates a `ContextItem` with the exact qualifier URI and value.
