# EV-001 OpenRefineProjectReader server fix

Replace:

`src/Evaluation/OpenRefineProjectReader.php`

Change:
- copies the PHP upload temp file into the private extraction directory as `project.openrefine.tar.gz` before opening it with `PharData`;
- logs the original `PharData` exception via `error_log()` if extraction still fails;
- keeps the user-facing error message unchanged.
